弗吉尼亚信息自由法案(FOIA)，位于§2.2-3700等序列. 弗吉尼亚法典, 保障联邦公民和媒体代表能够查阅公共机构持有的公共记录, 政府官员, 以及公务员.

• You have the right to request to inspect or receive copies of public 记录, or both.

VHCC回应您请求的责任

·       The reason behind your request for public 记录 from VHCC is irrelevant, and you do not have to state why you want the 记录 before we respond to your request.  Nevertheless, FOIA allows VHCC to require you to provide your name and legal address.  如果您不是弗吉尼亚州公民或在弗吉尼亚州流通的媒体代表，《tg反波胆足球平台》还允许VHCC拒绝您索取公共记录的请求.
